Individual counseling is for anyone that feels:
- stuck in a rut, unable to move forward. Maybe you don’t look forward to much or you are unmotivated to do anything in your free time.
- Maybe you feel lost in life on some level, unsure of how to find their way. Maybe your days start to blur together or you feel like you want to escape your life. Perhaps you blame yourself for things that have happened in your past that weren’t your fault.
- Feeling stuck in a negative loop and feeling worried all the time is exhausting and you want a chance to be present and more content in the life you are living now.
- Feeling like no one can understand your experiences due to your background, color of your skin, or who you love.
You don’t need to feel guilt or shame for asking for help.
